Characteristics of Machine

1. It’s a full-automatic machine with continuous processing equipment

2. It’s easy for operation which controlled by PLC touch human-machine interface

It only demand 4-5 workers while other factories’ disjunct machine need 11-13 workers, so our machine reduced the labor cost.

3. As our machine finish all of working procedures from paper feeding until finished paperboard by 1 production line, so :

it succeed in reducing the material losses

Besides, as the paper core produced continuously so it expanded evenly and their boarders in order

(If make the joint of paper core by hand, the finished paper core will be irregularly and jagged which causes much more wastage)

Above all, the total wastage during production process is only 2% while other factories’ wastage reach 15%

4. We use superior devices so our machine is in better stability and faster production speed, it can produce around 10000 M2 of honey paper board in 8 hours.

5.The weight of our machine is around 52 Ton while the weight of other factories’ machine is only 30 ton

Because we use superior spare parts and devices, our machine’s frame is thicker, stronger and more durable, so it can produce paper board in higher precision
